Guru Dorje Drolo, which translates to Wild Wrathful Vajra, is one of the eight manifestations of Guru Rinpoche. In this terrifying wrathful form of crazy wisdom, he rides upon a pregnant tigress while wielding a vajra in his right hand and a phurba in his left. Dorje Drolo is the subject of one of H.H. Dudjom Rinpoche's four main terma cycles, and thus is practiced regularly at Pema Osel Ling. The Vajrayana Foundation also maintains the 30' Dorje Drolo stupa at Namdrol Pemay Gatsal, which is located at Pema Osel Ling.
Hand-painted by a Nepali artist, this thankga would be a powerful support for your practice.
