Amoghasiddhi Buddha is one of the five Dhyani Buddhas, also known as the "Five Wisdom Tathagatas" or "Five Jinas" in Mahayana Buddhism. Each of the five Dhyani Buddhas represents a specific aspect of the enlightened mind and is associated with a particular color, element, and direction. Amoghasiddhi Buddha is associated with the north and the element of air, and his color is green. Amoghasiddhi is considered to be the embodiment of the "all-accomplishing wisdom," which is the ability to overcome obstacles and achieve success in one's endeavors. He is also associated with the perfection of action, as well as the elimination of the negative emotion of jealousy. Amoghasiddhi is depicted in many forms, but the most common representation is of a green-colored Buddha with two arms and a peaceful expression. He is often shown in Abhaya mudra , representing the quality of fearlessness. The iconography of Amoghasiddhi is often used as a symbol of protection, and his image is commonly used in tantric rituals and practices to invoke his blessings and overcome obstacles. In many Tibetan Buddhist traditions, Amoghasiddhi is considered to be the protector of the northern direction, and his image is often placed in the northern part of a room or temple to ward off negative influences and bring success and prosperity. In general, Amoghasiddhi is considered to be the embodiment of the ultimate spiritual goal of Buddhism, which is the attainment of buddhahood, or complete enlightenment. He represents the potential for every being to overcome obstacles and attain true freedom from suffering.
