ADD A TRADITIONAL HAND EMBROIDERY SILK BROCADE
Want to add a Brocade to your beautiful Thangka Painting? Traditional Style Brocade has been one of the most popular form of mounting as it has a greater religious merit.

THANGKA, A SACRED ART
Tibetan Thangka paintings, also known as the “Art of Enlightenment”, are sacred pieces of art that are rich in symbolism. They are important supports that are revered for meditation and visualization.
The Tibetan thangka meaning goes deeper than just sacred art and conveys reverence. An art form is genuinely sacred when it awakens a direct experience deeper than our ordinary selves and the material world in the mind.
We are proud to offer our customers only the best selection of Tibetan art. All our paintings go through a rigorous screening process in our studio and are guaranteed to be origianl and authentic.

100% COTTON CANVAS & NATURAL MINERALS
Preparing the Cotton canvas before starting to paint a Thangka. This process includes washing, drying, stretching, sizing and everything needed to make a perfect base for the thangka to last for centuries.
Thangka paintings are painted using natural minerals such as agate, gold, silver, cinnabar, saffron, ocher, rhubarb, lapis and many other minerals. To create the ideal pigment for painting, these materials are ground several times. This makes the materials even more durable and long-lasting. Thus, you can surely expect the color of the Thangka to withstand the test of time.
The gold in the ornaments and detailing is made from real gold dust.
Let customers speak for us
from 918 reviewsI absolutely love my 108 bead tiger eye mala. It is beautifully crafted and fits nicely on my wrist when I don’t want to wear it around my neck. I couldn’t have asked for a better quality mala. I also appreciate that Art of Tibet cares so much about where there products come from. My mala definitely doesn’t feel like some mass produced product. It feels authentic.
Absolutely gorgeous bracelet. The Tibetan Turquoise and Onyx combination looks incredible, and the Endless Knot detail is beautifully done. Exceptional quality — highly recommended, and I’ll gladly purchase again.
Excellent product. The quality is outstanding and exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely buy again.

I love it
A very serious company that delivers on its promises. I purchased a thangka surrounded by damask fabric. The craftsmanship was excellent, and I was amazed by the quality and colors. The material arrived, well packaged, two days earlier than expected, despite having been shipped from Nepal.
A well-deserved five stars.
Makes the room I have it in burst with color and invites me to truly appreciate the dedication and mindfulness that went into it, encouraging me to put the same effort into my own daily endeavors.
I had debated whether I’d just get my own frame for my mandala instead, but now I’m so thankful I got the silk brocade frame. It does so much to elevate the beauty of the mandala and invite me to look at it with intent every time I pass it. Well worth it!
Quality and fit is on point. Definitely a head- turner. Beautiful piece!
Received thangka within a week, packing are very nice and well protected. When open time, it was shock me, a very beautiful and nice thangka. It really hand painted, like what the description. End up will buy again, thanks ...............
We received our beautiful Thangka painting in the United States 6 days after purchase. The quality is absolutely exquisite. There were no surprises; we could not be happier with our choice. The website picture was an accurate representation of the product. We would not hesitate to buy another painting in the future should we have space to hang it. Thank you Art of Tibet!
If you’re wondering about 50 percent off deals with this company - they are the real deal - the thangka I received was absolutely worth full price. Earlier I had a statue arrive broken and they absolutely stood by their product and made more than right. I highly recommend this seller and will continue to buy from them - Russ
I’m completely satisfied that I chose to add the silk frame because it sets off the sacred quality I attach to the Amitabha thangka especially well. It took a moment to decide which id choose because of the excellent selection offered!
